Culinary Arts

The Humphrey Job Corps Center serves up an appetizing career opportunity in Culinary Arts. Through a supportive team-oriented learning environment, the vocation promotes the increasingly popular cooking profession. Students learn via classroom training and hands-on experience, with ongoing opportunities to participate in a variety of catering productions. Students will gain competency to enter the work force in one or more of the following culinary occupations:

  • Cook, Kitchen Helper
  • Baker, Helper
  • Cook, Short Order
  • Cook, Apprentice
  • Cook, Hotel/Restaurant
