Placement Services

As part of the Career Transition Period (CTP) of the Career Development Services System (CDSS), the Hubert H. Humphrey Job Corps Center places graduates into training related jobs, helps them enroll in college, or assists them in enlisting in the military. Placement specialists personally guide students through all aspects of the job search, including assistance in locating housing, or other support services.

HHHJCC is also a placement service for businesses, matching employers' hiring needs with the most qualified applicants. As a continuous source for diverse employees, The Humphrey Job Corps Center offers businesses graduates with job-specific training from certified instructors in several career training areas.

Employers who participate in the center's Work-Based Learning program have the additional opportunity of assisting in the training process, thereby ensuring a better match between job requirements and qualified candidates.
