Academic Substitute Instructors
Instruct and test students in approved curriculum. Evaluate individual student performance and maintain required records and reports. Requirements: Bachelors Degree with valid MN teaching certificate. Minimum one year teaching experience. "Youth at Risk" experience a plus. (Substitutes - Bachelors Degree required, teaching certificate not required.)
Residential Advisors/Substitutes
Supervises and participates in student activities, emphasizing social skill development through providing a safe, secure, clean living environment. Maintain required residence hall daily logs and reports. Intervention skills essential. Requirements: Minimum High school diploma/GED, Bachelors degree desirable with experience in a residential program a plus.
Security Officers/Substitutes
Provides for a safe, secure environment for students and staff, patrolling the center grounds and buildings. Transports students to and from center. Maintain required records, reports and logs. Requirements: Minimum High School Diploma/GED, Bachelors degree in behavioral sciences/law enforcement desirable. Class B license required within first ninety days of employment. Minimum one year experience in related field.
