About The Center
The Hubert H. Humphrey Job Corps Center is located on the former Bethel College campus at Snelling Avenue and Arlington Street in St. Paul. Covering a two city block area plus tennis courts, the campus is surrounded by the Minnesota State Fair grounds on the west, Falcon Heights on the north and the Como Park neighborhood to the east. The center lies midway between downtown St. Paul and Minneapolis.

Directions from Interstate 94
Exit I-94 at Snelling Avenue. Travel north approximately 2.25 miles, past University Avenue, Hamline University and Midway Parkway (main gate of State Fair), to Arlington Street.
Directions from Highway 36
Exit Hwy. 36 at Snelling Ave. South. Proceed south on Snelling for approximately 1.75 miles, past Har Mar Mall and Larpenteur Avenue, to Arlington Street.
Enter parking lot off Arlington and follow signs to the Security Office on the main floor in the Administrative Building (Bldg. #1). Visitors welcome.
